Shipping Information
The shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order from € 1.95. With a total weight of more than 100 grams, orders are insured as standard and shipped with Track & Trace.
During the ordering process the exact costs will be shown before the order is placed.
We strive to ship the order on the day of ordering.
Returning
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs credited. Only the costs for returning from you home to the shop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging will be returned. To exercise this right, please fill in and send the withdrawal form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return if the product is received back in good order.
